Wikispaces allows you to set up your own full featured highly customisable wiki page using their WTSIWYG editor. The free version gives you one site with unlimited pages, users and messages. It also includes 2GB of storage. The pages are ad supported which can be removed should your wiki become hugely popular for a monthly fee of $5.
