Free Open Source HTML 5 Video Library
Kaltura has made it’s HTML5 Media Library (used by Wikipedia among others) available for free. It allows you to use HTML5 video and audio on your website in a way that is compatible with all browsers by way of a fall-back mechanism. HTML5 allows you to, among other things, use the <Video> tag in much the same way that you use the image tag today without the need for a fancy flash player (or the need for Flash itself)
